Vic Friday, Co-Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer
Vic is a truly creative industry leader in directing and architecting international information technology finance and supply chain ERP systems. His innovative cybersecurity career began with the implementation of computer security systems before the internet and cloud existed. Vic has been developing solutions which combine hardware and software spanning the boundaries artificially placed by the information technology industry. Further, he created a prototype upon which Oracle’s role-based security system was patterned. He continued security development through SAP and Oracle systems with the migration of data to client-server technology and the internet/cloud. In addition, he developed systems related to distributed hardware updates and finally designed and implemented secure financial systems with Internet accessibility. He has extensive experience building cybersecurity assessment models for companies such as Amoco, Weatherford, Lyondell Bassell, Sasol and others. His experience throughout the history of cybersecurity gave him the background and foresight to develop the Zecurity No-Write Environment.
David Ronn, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer
Originally a programmer, David brings a wealth of problem-solving experience based on his 30 years of legal and board experience with growth-oriented technology companies. David was a partner at several leading law firms, including lastly at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. He has extensive experience with fund raising and management issues ranging from start-ups to public entities, including as the General Counsel of ROX Financial, an alternative asset management startup that in two years went from initial funding to the launch of an IPO.
